Um 19:30 Uhr begrüßt der 1. Vorsitzende Georg Ziergöbel die anwesenden Mitglieder.
Für unsere 2023 verstorbenen Mitglieder Rolf Hummer und Pfarrer Tischner sowie alle in der Vergangenheit verstorbenen wird eine Minute des Gedenkens eingelegt.
Georg Ziergöbel gibt den Bericht des Vorstandes. Er geht dabei auf die bevorstehenden Aufgaben im Einzelnen ein:
– Ausstellung zur 700 Jahrfeier Zeilhard, alles im Zeitplan.
– Buchvorstellung von Tilmann Wittig, wir hoffen, dass es klappt.
– Ausbau im ersten Stock, kann nach Bereitstellung der Gelder beginnen, ein Termin steht noch nicht fest.
– Heimatkalender 2024 sollte noch möglich sein, die Entwicklung der Kosten muss beobachtet werden.
– die Entwicklung der Mitgliederzahlen wird positiv bewertet.
Aktiv mitarbeitende Mitglieder werden nach wie vor gesucht.

Wolfgang Barth, gibt seinen Kassenbericht, der eine positive Bilanz ausweist.

Die zu beschließende Satzung, die allen Mitglieder zusammen mit der Einladung zu dieser Versammlung zugegangen ist, wird nochmals in aller Kürze vorgestellt.
Die Satzung wird – einstimmig beschlossen.

Anwesende Mitglieder

Die Vorstandswahlen werden vom Vorsitzenden Georg Ziergöbel als Wahlleiter durchgeführt.

a.)  Als 1. Vorsitzender stellt sich Georg Ziergöbel zur Wiederwahl zur Verfügung und wird mit 12 Stimmen und einer
      Enthaltung bestätigt.
b.) Zur 2. Vorsitzenden wird Angelika Hartmann mit 12 Stimmen und einer Enthaltung bestätigt.
c.) Vereinsrechner wird erneut Wolfgang Barth 12 Stimmen und einer Enthaltung
d.) Zum Schriftführer wird Heinz Wedel mit 13 Stimmen gewählt.
e.)  Als Kassenprüfer stellen sich Monika Petri und Regina Büschel zur Verfügung
       und werden einstimmig gewählt.

Folgende Themen werden nach den Neuwahlen noch angesprochen:
Um eine Zuordnung zu haben, wer Mitglied des Geschichtsvereins ist, wird über einen Vereinsbeitrag diskutiert. 
Es wird beschlossen, künftig einen Mindestbeitrag in Höhe von 10,00 €/Jahr zu erheben.
Mitglieder können aber auch jederzeit freiwillig einen höheren Betrag leisten.

Sonstiges:
Für 2023 ist eine Exkursion nach Gräfenhausen geplant, der dortige Verein hat zum 17. oder 18.06. eingeladen.
Das Freitagstreffen im Evangelischen Gemeindehaus findet auch weiterhin statt und soll neu belebt werden.
Über die Rolle eines Vereinssprechers wird beraten, dazu sollen Peter Ramge, Tilmann Wittig und Michael Vollmer zu ihrer Bereitschaft befragt werden.
Um 20:50 Uhr beendet Georg Ziergöbel den offiziellen Teil der Mitgliederversammlung.
